Dr. Gashaw Ayalew holds a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Food Engineering, academic and industrial experience in computing, and has worked in leading academic and research institutions in Canada, Ireland, and Africa. His publications span computer vision, data systems, traceability, and applied system modeling, analysis and development.
